This special project was to highlight the beauty, strength and resilience of some wonderful women and also bring awareness of breast cancer too, to support other breast cancer survivors.
"Their scars show their strength and vulnerability. In this shoot, we wanted to push the boundaries of what is perceived as beautiful and continue to expand the current conversation on this subject in the public domain. When we accept ourselves as we truly and wholeheartedly are then we radiate confidence and a positive energy. The power to be truly beautiful is always with you."
